TWO WAYS TO ENROLL

Beginner Tumbling

Starting at 3 years of age


Classes designed to introduce the basic fundamental tumbling skills. From furthering the comfortability of fine motor skills and flexibly to perfecting a back walkover, our beginner classes will set your athletes up to succeed at the next level at their pace!

Intermediate Tumbling

Ages 5 and up provided they meet class requirements


Intermediate tumbling is the next step to take your athlete into the components of running and standing tumbling that are present in competitive cheerleading today. We will focus on the shape and technique of a proper back handspring while moving along to learning how to connect them to other skills.

Advanced Tumbling

Ages 7 and up provided they meet class requirements


Look Ma, no hands! After mastering Intermediate Tumbling, athletes will begin to focus on standing and running back tucks and their variations and connections to other skills. Layouts will also be introduced in these classes.

Ages 8 and up provided they meet class requirements


Let's do the twist! After conquering the Advanced skills, it is time for your athlete to start twisting! Here we will start with the basic fundamentals for fulls. We will also introduce whips, Arabians, kick fulls and more as your athlete progresses through the class.

Stunts and Flyer

Ages 5 and up provided they meet class requirements


Stunting is an integral part of cheerleading that takes careful technique, focus and body awareness from every member of the group. While we have specialized classes for flyers, there are also opportunities for full stunt groups to work technique and be provided feedback at whatever level they are at.

Jumps & Conditioning

(Train Like Cheerleader)

Ages 8 and up provided they meet class requirements


Strength, flexibility and body awareness are key components to improving in EVERY aspect of cheerleading. Simply put, the stronger you are - the easier everything gets! Through our jumps and conditioning programs, your cheerleader will gain strength and confidence in their skill sets as we have put a together a curriculum specifically based on the aspects of Cheerleading.
